Salisbury Holiday 2026 booking form
We have made a provisional booking for Sunday 17th to Friday 22nd May 2026 at Sarum College, Salisbury, but we now need to know how many would like to come so that the club can pay a deposit. Salisbury is about 90 miles away, depending where you live and the route taken so most of you would probably drive there. There is free parking on site on a first come, first served basis. Sarum College is in the Cathedral Close, in the centre of Salisbury, which can also be reached by train from Waterloo. There is secure covered cycle storage in the basement or a function room. The car parking is also behind gates locked overnight.
Bed and breakfast for five nights will be £425 single en-suite or £500 double/twin en-suite. There are also some single rooms with shared bathroom facilities which I have included as they are a bargain at only £150 for five nights B&B. This excludes evening meals, which are available at 6:30 pm in a dining room where we can sit together.
The cost of a hot main meal (vegetarian option), or salad bar and a choice of hot and cold puddings is £18. The modest difference between single and double/twin rooms could make it attractive to non-cycling partners and Salisbury is a lovely place to explore. Please do not book double rooms for single occupancy as space is limited.
There will be led rides on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to suit E and M group riders; details to follow later.
At this stage, we are not asking you for money; the club will pay the deposit based on the rooms requested via the booking request form below. We will follow up in the New Year with a form requesting confirmation of your booking, payment and contact details of those joining us.

Judging by the response to my "Save the dates" email, I think we will have good support for the E and M group rides and a non-cycling contingent.
